What is the maximum size or weight?

This varies depending on the airline so please ask us.
As a rule of thumb, maximum normal cargo dimensions: 120x80x60in.
As the weight and size increase so will the cost. If your cargo is oversized or requires special handling, ask us about special rates.

Do you have office at destination who can help us?

Yes, we have a lot of agents who we work with at different location.
Please check with us, they will be able to help you for any destination services.

What is typically transit time for air shipments?
  • For Domestic, it is normally either same business day or 1 day on average.  Door to door would depend on the proximity of the delivery location to the airport and itscity limits.
  • For International, airport to airport shipment would have a transit time of 3-5 days on average. For Door to door shipments, it would depend on the customs clearance process, estimate 5-7 days.
  • Delays and/or changes to schedules can happen. Best way to make the cargo ship as quickly as possible is to make sure all paperwork is properly filed before hand, this eases the customs process.
Are there types of cargo that cannot be shipped via air freight?

Yes, anything hazardous, flammable, dangerous, chemicals, computer batteries, live animals, perishable items, etc.

Can you handle door delivery at destination? Can you handle pick up from residential area?

Yes, please help to provide us your door address, and we will check the cost for you

How and where can we pick up the cargo at destination?

We will provide you with the necessary paperwork for custom clearance, once custom is done, you can go to the warehouse to pick up the cargo.
We also advise you to check with destination custom prior to shipment departs, just to make sure if there’s any special rule & regulation at destination for certain commodities

Where is Warehouse Storage located?

Warehouse Storage is located at the Warehouse no.1 Juanita De Leon St. Olivarez Compound Brgy. San Dionisio, Paranaque City. This is just 10-15 min away from Global City and the Makati district & it takes 10- 15 mins going to the airport. We also have another branch located in Mandaue Cebu which is very accessible from both the air and seaports.

What is the minimum number of months that I could lease out the storage unit?

You could lease the unit on a month to month basis.  We can give you options of a per cbm storage arrangement or you can lease out a certain area of our warehouse at a per sqm rate.

Do you have trucking services?

Yes we do. Just inform us in advance if you want to avail of our trucking service. The service includes one driver and one hauler

What are the different storage unit sizes?

We have units ranging from 1cbm  (check our storage sizes for more info).

Does size matter for air shipment?

Yes, air freight is based on both the actual weight and chargeable weight of the cargo.

How do I pay for the shipment?

You can pay using the following methods:

  • Cash to the driver
  • Cash into our bank account
How will I know when my shipment is due to arrive at the destination?
  • Regardless of whether your shipment is travelling by air, sea or road freight we will always provide you with information informing you when your shipment is due to leave the origin, when it is due to arrive at the destination and any relevant transportation reference numbers.
  • We will also provide you with the contact details of the agent at the destination port / airport so that you have a local point of contact to assist you with the process of clearing customs (where relevant) and collecting your shipment.
  • This information is usually sent to you via email or SMS.
Can you collect shipments from my home?

Yes, we can arrange collection of goods from any address in the Philippines.

Who is the consignee and who is the consignor or shipper?

The consignor (or shipper) is the person who is the originator of the shipment. A consignee is the person who is the receiver of the shipment.

Do I need to know the weight of my goods?

In most cases you can estimate your weight on the bill of lading. But be aware that the carrier can and will adjust the weight, which will determine your final cost. The final weight is known as the “chargeable weight”. For Air Freight, chargeable weight may be the dimensional weight if greater than the gross weight of the shipment. If you have underestimated the weight, and the shipment reaches a central terminal, a dock master will judge the goods and perhaps reweigh the goods. If reweighed, you will be billed for the new actual weight. Each mode of transportation has its own set of rules.

Can I have my goods picked up at a certain time to meet my schedule?

We will try to arrange your pick up to meet your time table. We can arrange for pick up on a certain day of the week, with a four hour window for that pickup. Pickups are generally done in the afternoon, while the deliveries are done in the mornings to early afternoon. We can advise or you can call us for the scheduled pickup or delivery for an updated time frame.
